Each piece is thoughtfully created and carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Due to the unique nature of original artworks, fine art prints, and commissioned pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Commissioned artworks are created specifically to the client's requirements and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable once work has commenced.

Returns & Refunds
Every artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@chereatelier.com.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
Your order number
Photographs of the artwork
Photographs of the packaging and any visible damage
A brief description of the issue
We will review the matter and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. Chere Atelier is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your artwork:
Display indoors in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause colours to fade over time.
Keep away from fireplaces, heaters, air-conditioning vents, and other direct heat sources.
Avoid areas with excessive humidity, such as bathrooms or poorly ventilated spaces.
Protect the artwork from water, moisture, and accidental spills.
Storage
If storing your artwork:
Store upright in a cool, dry location.
Protect the surface with acid-free paper or a clean cotton cloth.
Avoid stacking heavy objects on top of the artwork.
Keep away from extreme temperatures and moisture.
Displaying Your Artwork
Certificate of Authenticity
All original artworks include a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming the originality of the piece and its creation by the artist.

Every artwork from Chere Atelier is an original acrylic painting created by hand. Visible brushstrokes, textures, layering, and subtle variations are part of the artistic process and contribute to the uniqueness and authenticity of each piece.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Dust gently using a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
Do not use water, cleaning sprays, chemicals, or abrasive materials on the painted surface.
Avoid touching the painted surface unnecessarily, as oils from the skin may affect the finish over time.
When moving the artwork, hold it by the frame or sides with clean hands.
